TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items posted are brand new, authentic and comes with the manufacturer's tags.

2. Items are sold on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.

3. All items can be shipped to anywhere in the world.

4. To place an order, please email me the item no.

5. To reserve an item, a booking deposit is required. The amount varies from item to item.

6. Any items booked need to be paid off within 2 weeks unless prior arrangements is made, or they will be released back for sale.

7. Items will be posted for 14 days max. What is not sold or booked will be removed.

8. If you find an item that you like in my blog that is already sold or booked, please email me and I will try to find you another one.

9. All orders will be shipped as soon as the full payment is made to NinnieBoutique.

10. Shipping is made on a weekly basis.

11. Shipping time to Malaysia varies. It usually takes 10-15 days.

12. Shipping is done by priority mail.

13. Items will get mailed out to buyers by postlaju or hand delivered if prior arrangements are made.

14. Shipments will be made to a work or home address. No PO BOX deliveries.

15. All SALE ARE FINAL. NO returns or exchanges please.

16. NB is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment. Shipping insurance is encouraged and can be purchased for a minimal fee.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. All payments must be made in full before a shipment can be made.

2. Payments on all booked items must be settled within 2 weeks...or the items will be released back for sale.

3. Payment can be made through direct deposit into my Maybank acct # ......... (will be given by email ).

4. PLEASE email me the transaction details of the deposit. I need this info for my records.
